Hi. This is Tien Pham.

I design and build web, app, as well as brand identity.

For the last 10 years I have been working with start-ups and design agencies. I would say I love to be in charged of anything a startup needs, beginning with research, mock a logo up, create a website, build a (and a few) team with high working quality expectation, bonding company culture with joys, and bring amazing products to this world.

CAREER JOURNEY

2013–2015 - Designer & Frontend Developer at Mpire Agency.

I wore two hats as both a UI/UX designer and Front-end developer.

2015–2018 - Senior Designer & Art Director at Time Universal Agency.

Worked across many areas of the industry, mainly with clients from Vietnam, including Porsche Vietnam, VinSmart by VinGroup, and Honda Vietnam.
Started learning to build and grow a design team.

2019 - Design Lead (Remote) at Aurora Digital Finland.

Started as a freelancer. Ended up with a full-time offer.

2019–2022 - Design Lead at Ven Agency.

I left Time Universal in search of a company with a Western work culture. Landed at Ven Agency where I led multiple branding and digital product projects for Australian clients.

2020 - I founded TWOLEGS studio with a designer brother.

Built a two-man studio for more freedom and better work.

2022 - Visual Lead at Zalo - VNG Corp.

Experienced big-tech culture. Zalo is the biggest messaging platform in Vietnam. I worked on event operations at Zalo, it was a new SOW to me, quite interesting.

2023–2025 - Product Design Leader at Inspire Lab Technology.

Built the company's first product design team, introduced the Double Diamond process, and later established the branding team.

2025 - UI UX Lead at BCM Venture Integrated.

Short but valuable chapter.

2025 - Director of TWOLEGS STUDIO.

Going all-in on TWOLEGS Studio.
