Hi. This is Tien Pham.

I design and build web, app, as well as brand identity.

For the last 10 years I have been working with start-ups and design agencies. I would say I love to be in charged of anything a startup needs, beginning with research, mock a logo up, create a website, build a (and a few) team with high working quality expectation, bonding company culture with joys, and bring amazing products to this world.

PAST EMPLOYMENT

2013-2015 - Designer & Frontend Developer at Mpire Agency

I learned to code here, and I was doing crazy with both 2 roles UI UX and HTML/CSS development.

2015-2018 - Senior Designer & Art Director at Time Universal Agency

Worked across many areas of the industry, mainly with clients from Vietnam, including Porsche Vietnam, VinSmart by VinGroup, and Honda Vietnam.
Started learning to build and grow a design team.

2019 - Design Lead (Remote) at Aurora Digital Finland

I have some freelance work with Aurora Digital, and they were impressed enough to invite me to join the team full-time.

2019-2022 - Design Lead at Ven Agency

I left Time Universal in search of a company with a Western work culture. Landed at Ven Agency and accomplished a lot.

2020 - I founded TWOLEGS studio with a designer brother.

Founded my two-man studio to seek dopamine in our own work.

2022 - Visual Lead at Zalo - VNG Corp

Experience big-corp culture. Zalo is the biggest messaging platform in Vietnam. I worked on event operations at Zalo, it was a new SOW to me, quite interesting.

2023 - Product Design Leader at Carem Studio.

Got an offer to lead a product design team at a tech-driven company. It was a tough challenge. I successfully built the company's first-ever product design team, implemented the Double Diamond design process, and established a branding team that received positive feedback from the Board of Directors.
